You can apply this product while standing or lying down by following these steps:
Fold the pad lengthwise to form a bowl shape and position it between the legs.
Pull the front panel upwards and outwards towards the sides of the hips to place it securely.
Pull the sides of the back panel forward, covering the front panel.
Use the tabs on the back panel to secure the product in place.
Ensure the bottom tabs point upwards, the top tabs point downwards, and the fit is close and secure.
