You can apply Tena Slip Plus while standing or lying down by following these steps:
Fold the slip lengthwise to form a bowl shape and position it between the legs.
Pull the front panel up towards the torso and outwards towards the sides.
Pull the sides of the back panel forward and use the tabs to secure it in place.
Ensure the bottom tabs point upwards, the top tabs point downwards, and the fit is snug.
