How to use Tena Comfort pads:

• Remove the backing paper

• Press the pad firmly into your underwear with the sticky side facing down

• Watch the wetness indicator; when it changes from yellow to blue, it’s time to change the pad

• Dispose of used pads in a sanitary bin or household waste (do not flush)
