What is Simple Linctus?
Simple Linctus is a liquid solution that soothes your throat and relieves dry or irritating coughs. It also helps make it easier for you to cough up phlegm.

How does Simple Linctus work?
Simple Linctus contains the active ingredient citric acid monohydrate, which coats your throat, helping to ease coughs and reduce irritation.

Directions
Always take Simple Linctus exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take 1 x 5ml spoonful. If necessary, repeat the dose up to four times daily. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Side Effects
Like all medicines, Simple Linctus may cause side effects in some people, but these won’t affect everybody. There are no known reported side effects. If you experience any side effects, including those not listed in the leaflet, you can report them via the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme.

Serious Side Effects
Seek emergency medical attention if you experience symptoms of a severe allergic reaction such as swelling of the face and throat, skin rash, breathing difficulties, or loss of consciousness.

Warnings
Do not take Simple Linctus if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Age Restrictions
Not recommended for children under 12 years old.

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
Do not take this product if you are pregnant. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant, or planning a baby, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.

Storage Information
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date. Do not dispose of via wastewater or household waste.
