What is Sambucol Kids Liquid?
Sambucol Kids Liquid is a food supplement designed to ensure your child gets all the Vitamin C they need. Suitable for children aged 3 - 12, this supplement contains black elderberry for a delicious natural flavour that kids will love. It is vegan-friendly, gluten-free, and contains no yeast, milk, or artificial colours or sweeteners.

Sambucol Kids Liquid contains vitamin C, an essential vitamin that helps protect your cells, supports wound healing, and boosts the immune system. It also helps maintain healthy skin, blood vessels, bones, and cartilage. While Vitamin C is found in many fruits and vegetables, some parents choose to give their child supplements to ensure they get enough.

Can adults take this food supplement?
Sambucol Kids Liquid is not suitable for those over 12 years old. For adults or older children, consider using Sambucol Original Liquid instead.

How to take this product
Give Sambucol Kids Liquid to your child after a meal; it should not be taken on an empty stomach. You can split the daily dose throughout the day if preferred. Recommended daily doses vary by age and season:

• Children aged 3 - 6: One 5ml teaspoon daily

• Children aged 7 - 12: Two 5ml teaspoons (10ml) daily

• Winter dosage for children aged 3 - 6: One or two 5ml teaspoons (5 - 10ml) twice daily

• Winter dosage for children aged 7 - 12: Two or three 5ml teaspoons (10 - 15ml) twice daily

When should this product not be used?
Do not give Sambucol Kids Liquid to children under 3 or over 12 years old. Avoid if your child is allergic to any ingredients. This product is a supplement and should not replace a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. If your child has an underlying medical condition or is under medical supervision, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Also consult if your child has a fever or persistent condition.

Does Sambucol Kids Liquid have any side effects?

How to store this product
Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Do not use past the expiry date on the packaging. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
