What is QV Bath Oil?
QV Bath Oil is a gentle, soap-free bath additive designed to soothe dry and sensitive skin. It helps relieve symptoms caused by skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis by restoring moisture and improving skin suppleness. The product is pH balanced, has a low irritant formulation, and is free from fragrances, colours, lanolin, and propylene glycol, making it suitable for sensitive skin, including infants, children, and the elderly. Its vegan and easy-to-use formula makes it ideal for use during bath time.

Skin conditions that cause dry skin:

• Atopic eczema: dry, itchy, red, cracked skin, often on knees, elbows, neck, hands, cheeks, and scalp

• Psoriasis: red, scaly, itchy or sore patches on elbows, knees, and lower back

• Pruritus (itchy skin): common in older adults, causing dry, red, bumpy, or cracked skin

How does QV Bath Oil help?
QV Bath Oil restores moisture to the skin during bathing to prevent dryness. It effectively hydrates large areas of sensitive or dry skin and is suitable for managing scaly skin, dermatitis, atopic eczema, winter itch, and other sensitive skin conditions. The formula is low irritant, pH balanced, fragrance-free, and safe for all ages.

How to use:

• Adults’ bath: add 10 ml (2 capfuls) to bathwater, soak for 5–10 minutes

• Babies’ bath: add 5 ml (1 capful) to bathwater, soak for 5–10 minutes

• Shower: apply undiluted to wet skin, leave for a few minutes, then rinse briefly and pat dry

Important precautions:

• Do NOT use if allergic to ingredients

• Avoid contact with eyes and wounds

• Can make surfaces slippery — be cautious in the bath or shower

• Contains paraffin, which can soak into fabrics and become flammable. Avoid naked flames, smoking, candles, electric blankets, and hot appliances near treated clothing or bedding

• Change bedding regularly and wash fabrics that contact the oil at high temperatures

• Avoid using soap on affected areas to prevent irritation

• For external use only
