How Paramol (Paracetamol) Tablets work
Paramol (Paracetamol) Tablets contain 2 active ingredients: paracetamol and dihydrocodeine. Paracetamol is a painkiller that works by blocking the chemical messengers in the brain that tell your body that you have pain. It can also help with fever and high temperatures. Dihydrocodeine is an analgesic that relieves pain by blocking signals from the central nervous system to the brain.
