Numark Night Time Sleep Aid Tablets are designed to help you get a good night’s sleep if you suffer from temporary insomnia.
Numark Night Time Sleep Aid Tablets contain the active ingredient diphenhydramine hydrochloride, which is an antihistamine.
The tablets work by making you feel drowsy, reducing the amount of time it takes for you to fall asleep. They also enable a longer and deeper sleep, helping you to feel refreshed and well-rested when you wake up.
Always take Numark Night Time Sleep Aid Tablets exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / pharmacist has told you.
Take 1 tablet 20 minutes before you go to bed. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not take more than 1 tablet each night.
Like all medicines, Numark Night Time Sleep Aid Tablets may cause side effects in some people, but these won’t affect everybody. Common side effects may include:

Seek emergency medical attention if you notice any signs of a severe allergic reaction, symptoms of which include swelling of the face and throat, skin rash, breathing difficulties and/or loss of consciousness.
Numark Night Time Sleep Aid Tablets may be unsuitable for certain people. Do not take these tablets if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or if you have an obstruction in the stomach or gut.

Do not drink alcohol whilst you are taking Numark Night Time Sleep Aid Tablets.
This medication causes drowsiness. Do not drive or operate machinery until you feel safe enough to do so.
Store in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging. Do not throw away any medicines via wastewater or household waste.
This product is a medicine; make sure to speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this product if you have an underlying medical problem or are taking any other medicine or complementary therapy.
