Numark Chesty Cough is a treatment that provides relief from a chesty cough so that you can quickly feel like yourself again.
Numark Chesty Cough contains lemon, glycerin and ipecacuanha, which work together to treat coughs.
Lemon is a natural ingredient that helps reduce the effects of a cough.
Glycerin acts as a lubricant, which relieves a sore throat and chest.
Finally, ipecacuanha is an expectorant. It helps to eradicate excess mucus from the chest, throat and nose.
Always take Numark Chesty Cough exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / pharmacist has told you.
Take 5-10ml up to 4 times a day.
Like all medicines, Numark Chesty Cough may cause side effects in some people, but these won’t affect everybody. Common side effects include:

Seek emergency medical attention if you notice any signs of a severe allergic reaction, symptoms of which include swelling of the face and throat, skin rash, breathing difficulties and/or loss of consciousness.
Numark Chesty Cough may be unsuitable for certain people. Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or if:
You must speak to your GP or pharmacist before taking this medicine if you have an intolerance to certain sugars or diabetes.
If you are taking or have recently taken any medication, including medication obtained without a prescription, talk to your GP or pharmacist before taking this medicine.
You must tell your healthcare provider if you are taking antiarrhythmic drugs.
This product is not suitable for children under 12 years old.
Do not take this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, you must ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any new medicine.
Store in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging. Do not throw away any medicines via wastewater or household waste.
