Nu-Seals Cardio 75 are tablets used to prevent reoccurring heart attacks or strokes.
Nu-Seals Cardio 75 contains the active ingredient aspirin. It prevents the risk of a blood clot in the heart or brain, minimising the risk of another heart attack or stroke.
These tablets slowly release aspirin. They are not suitable for the short-term relief of pain, such as headaches or toothaches.
Always take Nu-Seals Cardio 75 exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / pharmacist has told you.
For your first dose, you will be advised to chew 2 tablets. Chewing the tablets will help the aspirin start to work quickly.
After your first dose, 1-2 tablets will be recommended daily. Sometimes, your doctor might tell you to take a higher dose.
You must chew the first dose, but after that, swallow the tablets whole with water.
